Shipping Policy

Hellcat Soap orders are packed and shipped from Austin, Texas. Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During launches, holidays, markets, or especially busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimated carrier transit times and do not include our processing time. Once your package leaves our hands, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

You’ll receive tracking information when your order ships. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Hellcat Soap is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the package and products so we can help make it right.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing may need to be handled directly with the carrier. We’ll provide any shipment information we have to help with the claim.
